The first field the first visible community of stories and responses is a small invited rehearsal for proving whether public creative response can feel specific, legible, and alive before Kyn asks for production-scale trust.

What this mode promises

• Durable Postgres-backed accounts, drafts, stories, Sparks public links between response stories, and reports.
• Real HTTPS and secure cookies on the app host.
• Manual projection refresh instead of an always-on worker.
• Text-only publishing until object storage and media moderation are designed.

What this mode does not promise

• No instant projection freshness.
• No digests or scheduled reminders.
• No uploads, attachments, avatars, covers, audio, or inline images.
• No public-production availability claim.
