Manifesto
Kyn treats response as authorship, not residue. The connection between works deserves a public form that is more precise than a comment thread and more human than a recommendation graph.
Principles
- Sparks are authored. When one story responds to another, someone should stand behind that claim.
- Friction is useful. Good response can continue, resist, invert, witness, or refuse.
- The story map serves reading. Discovery should send people back to stories.
- Human work comes first. Automated summaries and semantic tools remain downstream aids.
