Content or Spark concerns

Use the report links on story and Spark pages when the issue is about a specific published work or a specific public claim between stories.

Story reports review the work itself. Spark reports review the public connection claim between stories.

Copyright, privacy, or safety concerns

If the concern is not tied to one reportable story or Spark, use the channel that best matches the request.

Deployments may route these addresses to the same inbox at first, but the public page names the concern clearly so requests can be triaged without guessing.

Account or product help

For account, access, or general support questions, contact support@kynred.com.

For privacy or data requests, explain what account or content the request concerns. Account deactivation is not the same as a hard-delete privacy request.
